When at school (a fair few years ago:)) they couldn't get me to read any books. That put me well behind with the rest of my class mates, and I now regret it.
Since I have taken up research, 2 years ago,and chatting with my stepfather about the war years, I just can't seem to get enough. I love to hear and read about what the vetrans of World War 2 did, but it does take me a fair bit of time to get through a book, and some of the posts in the forum, but I do manage it in the end.
I am now looking to buy "Forgotten Voices of the Second World War" this week end, and was hoping if any forum members have read the book, what they think, or is there any other good reads about at the moment on World War 2?
