Fun Quiz. What? Who? and How? was Yamamoto killed by?

US intelligence cracked the code the first day after the Japanese had changed it. After the incedent the Japanese decided it was coincidece and that there new code was still "safe"

Interesting that the article mentions being shot in the head and back and still clutching his ceremonial sword.
