I donno but the name on the pictures sounds Finish to me.
Well, it was displayed on Finnish museum...

It took me several days but I found it:
It is the 20 mm antiaircraft gun M/40 twin mount made by VKT,
20 ItK/40 VKT, nickname "Vekotin"
