In ljad's fantasy world facts and logic aren't really relevant. Anything consistent with his opinions is correct by definition and inconvenient facts and logic simply don't exist. There is no proof that the Zayed Center stopped in 2003,and if it stopped, everyone knows that it continued under an other name :the most important mission of the Center was to buy influence,let's be honest : to BRIBE :Carter received millions, the Clintons received at least $40 million,even today,DWB receive millions. The Arabs can't do without this bribing machine,thus it still exist,under a different name .
