    Stalin did have such plans, but Barbarossa forestalled him. One does wonder how his armies would have fared in such an invasion, up against a Wehrmacht that what not massively overstretched on a 3,000 mile front and had short lines of both supply and communications. But that is for another topic; I don't want to be dragged through the 3-word story!!!! ;)
