Is there any books written by medics, German or American? If so what are they? And is there any other books that mainly talk about the mutual respect for medics between sides.
Maybe others know more... https://www.alibris.com/search/books/qwork/4266269/used/Medic!: A WWII Combat Medic Remembers Amazon.com: With Geronimo Across Europe: George E Koskimaki: Books

I second Kai-Petri. The book is fairly recent ('07?) and is a first person account that begins with the invasion of Italy. An awesome book. I'd say it's one of the top ten I've read.
The other side of time, by Brendan phibbs I have got this somewhere but as I keep saying im sorting out my books and I cant find anything when I want it.However it's a really good book that grabs you right at the start and dont let go.
curious to know if you found the books you were seeking? I would be be interested to know the titles if you did. Nav
I saw at least one book about German Medics and or Doctors on the Helion website. The book I THINK has now been translated into English and published. The book in English is called: The Doctor From Stalingrad. In German I think it is: Die Arzst von Stalingrad. I don't remember the Authors name. Also, I think there were other medical titles listed but I didn't really pay them much attention since I was looking for something else. ;-)) Best regards--C.
