    Let's see ... it's not a transport but it carries "бомбы" and drops them on...

    It carries "the bomb"... so its something nuclear, or as Homer Simpson and a certain President of the United States of America who shall remain nameless would say, "Nucular"

    Correct, both of you. I was reading about the aircraft and it said approx. 1/2 of the ones built were lost to accidents.
    Also the Blue Angels flew two aircraft for a few shows.

    It kind of looks like a Curtiss YA-14. Then the front of the fuselage looks like the back of a P-61
