Looks like that Iranian "Zulfiqar", although I can't believe anyone would paint a tank that colour, or at least not one of their own :-?

Ok since no-one has any more ideas...
    Whats this one?
Don't worry, the tank is real, not just a concept. I included a drawing because it was the most detailed pic i could find of the tank.

Well for a start it's based on the T-62 hull, no gun, must be some sort of heavy tank destroyer/ATGM launcher.

Could it be the IT-1 with 3M7 Drakon missile? That's a pretty obscure vehicle!

Here's one you can have a crack at
    [IMG]
partial credit for a common name, full credit for it's full designation (or possibly that of it's partner in the background, now that's a clue)

Damn, I know what it is, just not the actual designation!

I could tell you what country & when, but that's no good... :(

Gunter, it is not British, and it wasn't built by Vickers.

Ricky, I said at the start: partial credit for for a common name (well basicaly the manufacturer's name). I would be very impressed if anyone could supply the precise model ID. So I'll go easy on you, country and time will do since if you have that it's not too hard to get the rest of the details, provided it's correct of course :)
