The game has really bad voice acting(Joe, i do not allow you to answer this).

 

Lots of Japanese games have bad voice acting, I haven't heard of a WW2 one though.

The only game I can think of with alot of red is Red Faction, but that can't be it?

I think I have that game but I can't place it for sure. It reminds me of the red color that's used in COD when one is injured/nearly dead.

I'm sure I've played a game that started that way (waking up after a crash or injury) and gradually I came to my senses and vision cleared. LoL Thought the game was broken at first.

Or maybe it was one of the BIA series. I have a lot of games that aren't installed now, so I can't check them.
