Not really. Again you have to look at Soviet consumption and needs. There's also the question of where economies can be made and what substitutions can be made.

 

what are some good world war 2 books? im starting to read them and i have no clue what to read. i've read all the erwin rommel book im intretsed in africa and anything german?
