You can't go wrong with gumbo of any type either, so that's my choice. I might cook some for dinner tonight too.

deer sauce picant (pee-kaw) or catfish couvillion (cu-vee-yone)

Hmmm, of those two I would have to pick the deer sauce picant, since I detest tomato based fish dishes. Don't ask me why, I like tomato based shellfish dishes, but cannot get my taste buds to like fish fillets in any tomato base. Masks the great fish flavors I guess.

My two to pick between here would be:

Potato pancakes, or sour dough flapjacks?

sour dough flapjacks, with real maple syrup. Yum!

Time to break up the culinary trend this thread has taken.

Query, which end of them? If it is reception, I'd go with flame they are really (counter-intuitively) less painful overall. Gut wounds are reportedly some of the most painful and slowest killer. I cannot make a choice here since you didn't specify delivery or reception.

The flamethrower to the face will burn your lungs and it isn´t quick death too! Except you take a strong breathin in while you have the flames in the face. Both aren´t funny but for the reasons that more have survived the bayonets then the flamethrower i would take the bayo.

To be close to a MON50 mine while exploding or to tap on a O3M-72Mine

Not too sure about either one, but being next to one when it goes off does not sound like a good time, so I'll go with the tap one.

a long nap or a short one

Although I love the outdoors, we have big skeeters and deer flies that pack a punch so I will sleep inside.

Just came back from a two week motorcycle trip to Sturgis, SD, and it was great! So I'll go with the long trips for awhile as long as I'll be able to go home sooner or later.

Fatty Arbuckle. He got a bum wrap, the poor man.

Jerry Lewis, when he was Dean Martin's side kick or when he went solo.
