The sinking of the Blücher at Oslofjorden is correct, the raid is not correct(But you are very close). 1 final hint, a very popular captain got killed in this raid.
The captain that got killed was Captain Martin Linge( Martin Linge - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ). He was shot and died in the stairs of Ulvesund hotel.
Thanks Vegar! Now the next. Who is the right guy and they were on their way to...? Dang, whats that? Can´t upload a file!
Yeah, its still a forum technical problem, you could use a Image uploading site instead?? Such as; Photobucket, imageshack etc etc..
Hey Nigel, hope you be back soon and show up with some heavy quizzes! Like who was the German leader in that tiny war from 1939 til 1945 or so! Sorry i have no Photobucket or else. If anybody is able to send a new one than up up and away!
just to close that last one Darren - it is the ARLV-39 (as you helpfully left on the photo title ) To restart this thread if you don't object, how about what nationality is this feller?;
To be honest I torn between British or a Balkan army. Looks like some kind of sword bayonet, which makes me think Southeast Europe. While the barrel muzzle has a 'flat' look of an enfield. Knowing Spartan he gave a Brit rifle, to a Chechan, in a Russkie uniform just to make it interseting But no Spartan couldn't be that cruel could he?
