Our Home Fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in weapons and munitions of war, and placed at our disposal great reserves of trained fighting men. The tide has turned! The free men of the world are marching together to Victory!

" The Russian, at bottom, is a kind of rabbit. He doesn´t have the ability to transform himself into a "bee" or an "ant",as we Germans can. There is no point in trying to make the Russian more intelligent than he is."

    A-58,

that simply means in my opinion that his view is that (what Hewell says ) the Russian is just a stupid animal and cannot educate himself or do anything else than live in his country cottage and try to survive with whatever he can get from the country. No need to put them into schools, they are to be the slaves of the aryan people.
