Interesting isn’t it! Now they’ve got him they want to publicly try him. Problems though, they want Iraqis testifying that he was a bad man to kill peoples like the Kurds and the Marsh Arabs, but, there are lots of people who would testify it was a job well done!

It isn’t a question of whether or not mass murder is wrong, it’s a question of what was/is the will of the majority of that countries citizens?

Then, once you put Sadman in the dock, what’s he going to say about the squeaky clean West?

And the case for WMD – what WMD – what means of firing them (on Israel) if he had any?

What about Sadman’s counter claim for wrongful invasion??? How long could Sadman spin this out – well he’s skint so it’ll be paid for by Legal Aid, hence indefinitely, (a bit like Slobman Milosevic).
