ahh, I thought I remember hearing him called that. It's so difficult given the different versions that have been released to keep track.

As for UFO and Captain Scarlet, were they the same actor, one playing the part and one doing the voice?

BTW, in my passport photo I am the spitting image of Commader Strake, which I suppose is not good given his terrable hair cut/colouring.

Yup, it was Ed Bishop (now dead apparently...) and please, there's ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with Straker's hair colour (I know because mine's much the same shade... :D and that's my "nickname" when my mate's had a drink).
    Your question FNG
PS since you've been a member for a good while now are you going to change your handle?? (FOG??)

It was originally a comic strip, then was made into a cheesy tv series which the ship was never in.

    hurrah, Buck Rogers it is.

Bloody ell, thought no one was even trying to guess let alone knew.

Apparently Buck inhertited a shed load of gold but couldn't figure out how to move it, so some friendly locals made him a rocket ship out of it. It looks very similar to Flash Gordons ship. All washing up bottle and fins, if you remember the TV series.

Anyway I am guessing as usual but I remember an episode which may have even been a 2 part special where there was a big gun on a cold planet.
