    Bingo! give the young man a cigar! The quote came from a "Time" magazine-and the woman interiewed was the mother of the general which had become president, Enrique PeƱaranda....! hahaha! Actually, the old woman was probably quoted out of context .. PeƱaranda..was not too bright but he graduated from the Bolivian military academy ......

    Nobody is perfect! ok.. try this : Ralphie Boy , that must be the greatest understament since Custer said " There's friendly Indians over that hill! hahahaha!

    I don't recall the specifc show but I'm old enough to know that if he called him Ralphie boy it must be Art Carney and Jackie Gleason..show would be The Honeymooners?
