A bit more digging and alot more information.
On 5th Sept the Polish 2nd Light Tank Battalion counter-attacked the 1st Light and 4th Pz. Divisions at Piotrkow. This blunted the German advance and drove the German spearhead back at the cost of only two tanks but inflicting heavy German loses.
The next is a series of engagements by the Polish 10th Mechanized (Black) Brigade in southern Poland. Facing them was 4th Light and 2nd Pz. Divisions and these had been forcing the Brigade to retreat and fall back but on 4th Sept at Jordanow the Brigade counter-attacked the 4th Light Div. Although the Brigade was unable to use all of its armour (fuel and ammo shortages) it stopped the German attack but could not follow up because of over-whelming German reinforcements. Again on 5th Sept the Brigade surprised both German divisions with further delaying action at Myslenice, 20 km south of Krakow. At San River on 8th Sept the Brigade fought more delaying and spoiling attacks to buy more time. But by the 17th Sept after 17 days of fighting the Brigade with no fuel surrendered at Lwow. Many of the Brigade escaped to Hungary and went on to form the 1st Polish Armoured Division of Falaise fame. But as they say that another story. Most of this is based on information from historic scenarios for SPWAW by Redleg.

Well, I can't tell you exactlly how Polish tanks were destroyed, but I found the information on how many of them were destroyed.

Poland - Total lost: 755 including: destroyed: 350, mechanical failure: 300, surrendered: 75 escaped to Romania: 30
Germany - Total lost: 674 including: destroyed: 236
USSR - Total lost: 471+ including: destroyed: 42, mechanical failure: 429.
Destroyed means burned or damaged to such an extent that repairing them was out of question.
