The 2 Term rule

In my opinion the 2 terms idea is probably one of the best points of the American system, and certainly a credit to G Washington for starting the practice*. Pity neither of the countries I've lived in have anything like it.** Politicians generally think they’re incredibly important, but let’s face it the overwhelming majority are deeply replaceable.

** Blaire and Bertie two long term incumbents that have very obviously run out of ideas.
