What exactly do you mean by a 'German, camp? There is a German connection, but the clock time won't help you catch the train!
Sturm, the trains certainly came and went as trains do at stations; which is more than could be said of the passengers.

I assume it is that tower where the guy plays the song on the trumpet but he never finishes the song, comes out 3 times but he never finishes the song.

Treblinka. There was a clock painted on wood with the hands at six o'clock.

Absolutely correct that Man!
When the Death Camp was built at Treblinka the railway line and arrival platform were made very basic.
But with German thoroughness someone noticed there was no clock and every station had a clock.
So one was fashioned from wood and the face painted, the idea being that the arrivals should not panic but think they were arriving at a normal station.
The reports of the clock face vary, some say the hands were at six.oclock, some say a quarter to three, others say that the hands were movable and were adjusted to suit arrival.
My opinion was at 14.45, a quarter to three but am happy to go along with other times.
The main point is that the clock time never changed.
