'The Devil's Disciples' by Antony Read

Hi all- I am reading The Devil's Disciples: Inside Hitler's Inner Circle by Antony Read. It is a mammoth book (900 pages) and covers the "rise and fall" of Nazi Germany, but through the eyes of the inner circle, which is a refreshing change of pace. I'm up to 1934 right now and it is focusing a lot on the power struggle between Goebbels and Goring (and Rohm, until the next chapter).

My question is this: there are 4 people on the cover, and I can't figure out who is standing between Goring & Himmler. Would someone mind looking at this link and posting a response?
