We all have to wait some time because filming lasted pure 20 hours and in the final version is only about 5 seconds. :) I can not imagine how long it would take to shoot a feature film. But when someone offers me to filming a film I certainly will not refuse him. ;)

TH, I'm happy to see you posting on the forum again. I am also pleased to see the "Red Bulls" of the 34th Infantry Division represented! :D

Hello Tommy, thanks! ;) The "RED BULLS" Division is one of my favorite and sometimes in summer we all are going to shoot more photos as 34th ID. We have more patches of infantry divisions and we try to take some thematic photos with them.

I have a few connections with the 34th. One of my great uncles served in a Tank Destroyer Battalion that was attached to the 34th in North Africa & Italy. I am from Minnesota which is where the 34th is based. Also, my son is currently serving with the 34th ID.

I look forward to seeing your posts this coming summer! :D

Some photos and a short film made by members of the American section KVH Tommy & Yankee Association from last event. They featured members of infantry patrol belonging to 2nd Battalion, 23 Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division during a reconnaissance near German village Mechernich in early March 1945.

Great photos Daniel. They are especially good in black and white. They look realistic.
