I hope you guys pull this off. I agree with Ike. Pictures would be great. I just had a nice phone chat with Carl, my first non-internet contact with a Rogue. Quite enjoyable. Hope to do it again.

Have a great time in Merrie Olde...

Right, lets do it then, half 10, Charring Cross by the cross (outside the main entrance to the station) I'll be wearing a red carnation, the password is 'the pheasant has no agenda' to which the correct response is 'no, but the grouse are heavily into urban revival.'

I shall PM you both my mobile just so you can contact me and let me know what is going on and I'll see you there tomorrow morning ish.

How can this be a problem gents?

Travel in the UK is about as difficult as putting on a hat.

I bet that Slip has to travel longer to get to his mailbox, than any of you to get to London.

I remember when I was in my early teens I had to travel 250km to play footie matches.

Seems like things have changed since I was last there. I also heard that the day passes are no longer cheap

Your kidding... I travelled that same road every day for 8 years, m1 junction 15 to 11 and was stuck for 10 hours one time.. And lots of other times for less but regularly sat in a jam.. Worse still i gave up a job in london cos my train journey of an hour usually took 2 if it turned up at all., come snow time i was constantly stranded.. And paid thousands for a season ticket.
