Today le Chef Za is eating some Cooked Beans Brazillian Style :) This is a misnomer, as it is hard to find the ***** beans among all that meat!

It will be funny when I start trying out new recipes for my menu, now that will be putting on weight (damn!)

I'm having a king crab I have prepared myself

    Stuffing:
The crabs innards (less the dead man's fingers and bony structures), with mayonnaise and fine herbs, some chopped pickles and a chopped boiled egg, all served inside the shell, topped with crumbled bread.

Washed down with some decent Portagee beer. To be followed with coffe and some single malt whisky (Cardhu) :)

Sorry, no photos, I'm too busy :D

Alas, my "lunch" courtesy of the NASA cafeteria was a ranch dressing salad with lettuce of 3 or 4 kinds and colors, some spinach leafs, red pepper slices, sliced palm hearts (my best guess), croutons, some carrots, a cluster of sunflower seeds, and a "dusting' of cheese. A bag of "sea salt" potato chips was also consumed along with a diet Sierra Mist. I'm hoping the DW is thinking about real food for dinner!
