Or the bit where, the officers pass them in the streets and the offcer says )along the lines of) you are supposed to salute officers, and the Australian says to him, I'll do that when I see one, and the officer just says "Australians"

When I saw that I couldn't stop laughing.

Started watching the Errol Flynn Signature Collection Nr.2 today. The first of five i'll be watching is: The Adventures of Don Juan. Also has Alan Hale Sr as Don Juans trusty aide.

And and if anyone out here is a fan of the movie: Force Ten From Navarone, you will easily recognize the musical score, as one being stolen from: The Adventures of Don Juan.

Last night on tv saw the Italian version of the Cephalonian tragedy. Small budget so the explosions were small and Stukas looked awful, but lots of Mp40´s.

    Me too! Great movie!

I need some help here fellas! I watched 2 one hour shows on WWII, that seemed like it would have been a series. It was made in 1943, it had 2 main characters. The first one was a big man, he played the tough Sgt. The second and really the central character, was a small man, that did everything wrong, but things always turned out good for him! The first show was set in training camp, and the second on a Navy ship.
Sound familiar to anybody?? I just saw it the other night, and it was great, I'd like to buy it!!

    Thanks!!

Heh heh, I was just about to come down on ya for misspelling the word Color but, I realize now that when it comes to trying to type in the correct letters to spell color, that your forced into supplying the letter "u" to that word

But seriously, after seeing The Adv/of Don Juan, I saw THE BEST version (but not most historically correct version of) Charge of the Light Brigade w/ Errol Flynn, Olivia de Havilland, David Niven, Donald Crisp and J. Carroll Naish as Surat Khan.

Just this morning, I watched: "Dawn Patrol" w/ Errol Flynn, David Niven, Basil Rathbone and Donald Crisp.

Next (tonight) will be: Dive Bomber w/ Errol Flynn and Fred MacMurray.

And finally tomorrow, will be: Gentleman Jim w/ Errol Flynn and one of John Waynes favorite and oft co-stars-Ward Bond.
