    I concede. Your analysis is more accurate than mine. I looked at the photo again. What I thought was part of a turret is the sky showing between the tree leaves and the the top slat and I did not notice the tailigh before. It is a WC62.

    It is almost certainly a Dodge WC 62 6 x 6 1 ton. That is the standard issue vehicle for infantry regiment antitank companies as their 57mm tow vehicle.
