Ok, I won four pix this evening. Nothing ground shaking but all not bad either,

    1) A Medal Ceremony in Russia-all the recipients are Sergeants.
    2) Another Award ceremony pic-the better of the two from that group. I went for this one only because you get a decent view of the War Flag that is on the table.
    3) An MG-team is set up covering a road somewhere. They are using an MG-08 I THINK??????
    4) A German Soldier clowning around wearing a Russian Helmet.

I will post the pics for you this weekend Carl (if that's your wish) .

I got quite a few things. 1st: I bought a "German" WWI shell "blind" which means with earth and clay still covering it ,as it was found. It was a nice surprise to find a M-17 Austian Hungarian shell with 90 of chococlate Khaki paint still on it. I love it. the iron liner band is in it , same for the chins strap loops. It's not WW2 but I'm sure some of you would love to see in the Imperial militaira thread. Also I will post pics of my new D.R.K cap , but later as I need to go back to work first.

Hi Kai, will be greatly looking forward to it. Also, I just found a few tidbits of Germans in Finland--only dealing with the recipients of a couple high awards.

Nice D.C. I was going to bid on several (as a group) that Rick had but, I forgot about it and was too late. Anyway, had i remembered? those would be yours as I know how you like collecting them. Sad thing is, they went for less than 5 bucks. I think there were 10 in the group?

Hi E, they are already gone as of two days ago. I was going to bid on them to send to you but I completely forgot because of the appointments. I found another seller with some Sboot stuff but have not heard back from them yet. This lady is in Germany and has loads of Waffen SS pics, Pics of Tanks including Tigers, and lots of KM stuff. I was asking if she would accept other method of payment since I cant geta frigging paypal account set up. I have not heard anything from her? If not? I found one or two more sellers with interesting things. Soon as I get the chance>? ill check back there later this eve and will let you know who they are. One guy ends his auctions on Wednesdays and I think he had a lot of KM stuff listed? Soon as I find out, ill PM you here or at histomil?
