Well let's see, the Sherman is okay but its forehead is too high, the T-34 is slick but it can use some make-ups (e.g., paint jobs) before taking her out for a ride in town. The Tigers and JS were very advance tanks but they are a bit on the obese side. The TDs (hetzer, jagdpanther, SU-100.. etc) were magnificant beasts but lacked that runway look.
If I have to go with a hot ride into town, I will pick the slick and sexy Panther G, it possess the virtues of both medium and heavy tanks. It doesn't hurt to have a well-proportioned body as well as well as a nice beautifully finished exterior. Okay, maybe its mechanics weren't that reliable initially, but I have spare tires.

Yes, definitely the Panther G. Beautiful lines, wicked gun, front glacis that was nearly impenetrable, wide tracks, German optics, reasonable weight.

That's because you are a Sherman fan! It goes with the territory of ugliness. I couldn't exactly call the Tiger I beautiful either.

A Tiger is a box kicked 300 times but STILL no damage done and 300 enemy boxes have been wasted in the meantime! No sweat. ;)

    Tiger I

Does this or does this Tiger I not look like a tank that can do some business? Honest answers only please! Come on Daniel. A Sherman??? Pah!

By the way, the 331 numbering would have been in a cool blue colour with a yellow outline. Now you don't get that with allied tanks!

    Hmmm

Does THIS Tiger look like it's been kicked 300 times? :D

Notice the lower hull plate sloping inwards?

The Sherman don't need no oversized, page breaking pictures to show its complete coolness.

I really like the Sherman, but cool has never been a word that comes to mind when I see one.

But the Tiger NEEDS a full page pic to get that big gun in. :D

I have to admit the later Shermans look decent enough, though they still aren't as awesome as Tigers! :-?

Yeah, but the Tiger does look far more menacing. More 'businesslike'.

No - more angular. It just looks more squat & menacing.
It looks like a bulldog, as if it is just thinking "come & have a go if you think you're hard enough".
And that big, chunky, overhanging gun...

The Sherman looks a bit more like a toy in comparison.
    Most tanks do...
(no comment on comparative abilites, just looks!)

Exactly! And that's what Tigers did. Stand off and invite enemy tanks to show what they've got. In most cases it wasn't enough!
