    whichever you please :p

If studying WW2 tought me anything than it's definately the absurdity of 'ethnic' differences and extreme nationalism...Belgian all the way

my girl's from Wallonia (btw her grandparents used to harbor US soldiers during the Ardennes offensive-sweet stories!)
i'm from Antwerp, and when i'm not in Gabon, we live in Brussels...beat that for cosmopolitanism! :)

Piron if you wish to do so I believe many of us would love to hear what you have to say about your girlfriend's grandparents in the Ardennes. You could open a special thread for that.

Good lord! never seen a site where you get such warm welcomes, u guys are awesome. Although i could guess that the maturity here is quite higher than the average gaming forum I frequent (btw company of heroes is great!)

Well I guess I already have three topics in store for u guys now if I add the grandparents stories. My own pops had some about V1s dropping in Antwerp and he was in the tiny Belgian army that got stomped in 1940. Unfortunately he passed away 5 years ago. My girl's grandma has some very fond memories of the us soldiers and she's still alive and kicking, too much to elaborate here so expect a thread soon!

een beetje overal: geboren in Edegem, jeugd in Wilrijk, tienerjaren in Kapellen, even aan UA gestudeerd....As you can see I'm quite the restless type :p

Hey if any of our Antwerp friends have some "now and then" pics from that city I would love to see those posted too. I've always had a weak spot for this place.
