Amazing! It is like watching Three Mile Island, Chernobyl, and Fukushima, all meltdown at the same time.
I also notice that Javey has yet to post rebuttle #1...Yet, continues to throwing a tantrum. Seriously kid, man up, put on your "Big Boy" pants, do some research, and refute what lwd and I have posted. Which is what any self-respecting adult would have done pages ago... Prove to me that you are in your mid-40s, and no some 15-year-old poser. C'mon, I double dog dare you.
Or alternatively acknowledge where he made a mistake and move on from there. I'm pretty sure I've seen mistakes made by everyone posting on this thread and I know several of you have caught ones I've made. It's no big deal learn from it and move forward.
Of course if his whole point of posting was to draw people to his site. Admitting he got a bunch of things wrong might kind of interfere with that. Naming the thread for his site kind of points in that direction.
Not entirely sure what to do with this cluster-F of a thread. Several pages of borrowed "did you knows" and "myths", many of them not at all revelatory, and throw in some whimsical cursing. Now top off the whole mess with spam for his WWII Facebook page. Worst off all, many of the posts have been frustratingly cleared by Javey74, removing all context. My admin access allows my to view the original unedited posts, so I do get to see some of the original back and forth. Interestingly, Javey74 messaged me and requested that I remove the thread altogether. I guess I'd ask the same if I promoted myself as a WWI expert and then got steamrolled on my WWII knowledge by Takao, Opana, lwd, Rich Anderson, and others. Who would have though that a WWII discussion board was full of people very well versed in WWII military history?
