WWI Service Revolver

    i would love to get a WWI service revolver.
    my grandfather died in 1970 and he had his service revolver. My mother insisted on calling the police to tell them about the gun. This was the famous "Fort Apache" police department in the Bronx. What they did was essentially STEAL my grandfather's gun. They gave us a receipt and then told us it was "lost in the property room". The gun had moldy bullets in the chamber. he had that revolver loaded and put in a drawer for over 40 years and they stole it. Gun and holster
    My grandfather would get dressed in full uniform and march in the veteran's day parade with me in my cub scout uniform.

    It was more for the memory of him that we wanted the gun. It was nice to see your service revolver. It brings back memories.
