I've been collecting militaria for close to 15 years, and source most of my finds locally. I've been very lucky as a collector to find some pretty amazing items, many with a personal history.

I focus mainly on US items from SpanAm throughVietnam.

I´ve found some german books (~16) that belonged to my deceased grandfather.
Goebbels "Die Zeit ohne Beispiel", "Mit dem K durch Frankreich", some from the german Wehrmacht and so on.
Is anybody interested in this books?

My grandfather, Roger Woodward, was with an armored infantry battalion of the U.S. 7th Armored Division. He was hit in the head by a bullet from a sniper in the bell tower of a church in Kirchan, Germany in 1945. I had the helmet liner for some time, and gave it to my uncle for safekeeping, since I had no room.

With my uncle's recent passing, I have gotten the helmet liner back again. I thought...

I got this from my grandfather who found it on the streets during ww2! It’s from 1942, and I guess from the Canadian Army (Brodie Helmet)?
